Sweet potatoes
Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite ingredients in the kitchen. Not only do they have a lower glycemic index than classic potatoes (due to the way both ingredients are prepared), but they are also a great source of vitamin C, fiber, minerals such as manganese and copper and also beta carotene. Beta carotene is converted into vitamin A in our body and is important for our immune system and normal vision.
"Sweet potatoes are a great source of beta carotene, vitamin C, fiber, manganasse and copper."

Directions
Brush a baking form with a little coconut oil to hold the parchment paper in place. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Mash the cooked chickpeas in a large bowl. Then mix in the cooked and mashed sweet potatoes, flour, chocolate and coconut oil.
Finally, add the chopped nuts and mix everything well.
Transfer to a low form, smooth it flat and pierce with a fork so that the brownies are cooked just right.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until the brownies are nicely set on the sides.
My tip
You can also put the dessert in the fridge to cool, the chocolate will harden nicely. Serve as a dessert with coffee or even for breakfast with your favorite yogurt and banana slices.
