Ingredients:
1 medium sweet potato
Hummus
Goat cheese
Pear

Ingredients:
4 Sweet potatoes

Brussels sprouts
Herbs

Coconut oil - for roasted Brussels sprouts
Preparation time: 30 minutes

Bake salmon on both sides at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

2 medium size sweet potatoes
2 carrots
4 eggs
1/2 of little pumpkin
1 beetroot
A handful of spinach
Mixture of cheddar and mozzarela
Preparation time: 30 minutes

Directions:
