I added toasted pine nuts to the beetroot hummus. Then mixed the classic hummus with pomegranate, and the third - sweet potato hummus - I enlivened it with black sesame. This colorful green plate can also balance other dishes you plan to prepare for your guests. Add to it, for example, sliced cheeses, roasted meat and complete it with whole grain bread. In a few minutes you have ready this beautiful meall full of vitamins and nutrients, and none of your guest will be able to resist trying it

Then beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and mix with the cheddar cheese and zucchini. Mix everything well and put in a muffin tin. Place in a preheated oven at 150 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. Leave the muffins to cool in the tin and in the meantime prepare the dip by mixing all the ingredients. Serve while still warm or you can leave it in the fridge for breakfast the next day.
